You might have considered colocation services so that you can grow out of having those server rooms in your building and streamline the way your office is run. You may have considered expanding your businesses with more locations or going global. Innovate your products or services. New products or services can help you to appeal to a brand new audience while growing your current audience. It can also entice existing customers to return and to talk about what your business does. For example, if you are a small shop location that sells coffee and cake and you decide to branch out and also sell sandwiches, you can generate more business at lunchtimes and dinner times. It's a great way to take a small step towards expansion without exploding too fast and being unable to keep up.
Look at opening a new location. Another good way to expand is opening a new location and continuing to do exactly what you're doing. If you own a successful store selling shoes, then choosing a town nearby that doesn't necessarily have a dedicated shoe store is a great way to get started. If you're a cash-based business, it's time to look at ways that you could expand your business by accepting new forms of payment, whether it's accepting credit cards and physical stores or opening up an online store and allowing people to shop online. By improving the way that you offer how people pay, you're going to have fewer instances of abandoned carts.
Improve your output. If you can start mass producing your product, you'll be able to make and sell more of it per week. You could hire somebody to work with you and have their additional hands and brain helping you out, but there is so much that you could be doing to improve.
