Oxford University Saïd teams up with Imarticus Learning to roll out cybersecurity program for business leaders
New offering targets growing cyber risks with leadership-level strategies and real-world case studies
Imarticus Learning has partnered with Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford to deliver a new cybersecurity executive education program for business leaders.
The course, titled Oxford Cyber Security for Business Leaders Programme, is designed to help executives assess risk, navigate cyber threats, and build resilience strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
Headquartered in Mumbai, Imarticus Learning offers professional education and upskilling programs across finance, technology, analytics, and management. Founded in 2012, the company says it has supported over one million learners to date, with training aligned to current and future job market demands.
The new program comes as India continues to report rising levels of cyberattacks. In 2024 alone, more than 369 million malware incidents were recorded, averaging 702 attacks per minute.
Curriculum focuses on leadership decision-making in cybersecurity
The course will introduce participants to topics such as AI in cybersecurity, supply chain vulnerabilities, and ethical considerations. Designed for executives rather than technical teams, the program incorporates strategic frameworks, real-world case studies, and a peer learning format.
Successful participants will receive a certificate from Oxford Saïd and become eligible to join the Oxford Saïd Elumni Network—a professional community of more than 50,000 executives and C-suite leaders across 195 countries.
Nikhil Barshikar, Founder and CEO of Imarticus Learning, said:
