Wall Street English introduces 24/7 AI chatbot to streamline learning support
Wall Street English has introduced an AI-powered chatbot to provide 24/7 support for students across its global network.
The development is part of the company’s ongoing strategy to enhance its hybrid learning model by integrating technology into language education.
The chatbot assists students at all proficiency levels, from beginner to advanced, by delivering personalized resources. It includes an intelligent language dictionary that offers explanations suited to each learner's level. A grammar guide clarifies language rules with practical examples to help students strengthen their foundational knowledge.
The tool aims to reduce the volume of basic and technical queries directed at teachers and coaches.
The chatbot also helps address technical issues and manage schedules. Students can review class details and modify bookings through integrated links.
The chatbot is integrated with Wall Street English’s curriculum and supports the company’s existing teaching methodology. Future plans for the chatbot include proactive messaging, study recommendations, and tools to improve study habits, aiming to offer additional support as students progress in their language learning.
James McGowan, CEO of Wall Street English, stated:
“Our goal is to deliver personalized, seamless support to our students, no matter where they are or what time they need help. This AI-powered tool represents a significant step forward in how we combine technology and education with our unique hybrid approach, making the English-learning journey more intuitive and accessible.”
