Rise Up integrates OpenSesame’s 40,000-course marketplace to scale AI-powered learning

Rise Up has announced a partnership with OpenSesame to expand its Learning Management System (LMS) by integrating over 40,000 courses in more than 40 languages.

The collaboration will provide Rise Up’s five million users with access to OpenSesame’s content marketplace. The partnership enables companies to deliver personalized training through Rise Up’s LMS, with tracking and reporting features designed to improve employee engagement and skills retention. The integration will allow organizations to offer a wider range of professional development resources without the need to create new content at scale.

Arnaud Blachon, CEO and Co-Founder of Rise Up, said:

“Most organizations recognize that their employees have different professional development needs but don’t have the time or capacity to create content that their learners need at scale. If there are gaps forming in their skillset, this problem is even more urgent.”

Scaling learning programs with OpenSesame

OpenSesame provides a content marketplace with courses from expert publishers covering various industries and topics. It offers tools for learning and development (L&D) teams to customize training programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Blachon added: “Rise Up’s mission is to provide personalised learning to accelerate time-to-skill. Our partnership with OpenSesame allows us to extend our reach internationally. By offering courses across a wide range of sectors and languages, our clients will now be equipped for daily challenges and the demands of the future.”

Rebeca Mesa, VP of Partnerships at OpenSesame, said:

“Every company is looking at how to increase their productivity and impact – what better way to do that than creating a culture of learning. Our partnership with Rise Up gives their clients the ability to deliver on this promise. When employees have access to a dynamic learning program, they stay engaged, grow, and bring their best to work—making the whole workforce more skilled and resilient.”
