Mad Crusader launches free Master-level program for aspiring game and entertainment creators
Mad Crusader, a game IP incubator and production company based in Cyprus, has introduced Vision Masters, a free, master’s degree-level program to train creators in the gaming and entertainment industries.
The six-month program is designed to bridge the gap for individuals who lack access to traditional education but have a passion for world-building and digital creativity.
Vision Masters offers 120 hours of interactive training, blending online lectures with live Q&A sessions. Participants will gain skills in product management, marketing, and intellectual property (IP) development.
The curriculum spans 16 topics, including:
Orientation: Imagination & Vision Master role in world-building;
Universe and Franchise Development: Universe Design, Setting Selection, Cross-Media Expansion;
Product Development: Genre Selection, Audience Analysis, Experience Design, Feature Mapping, Roadmap Planning, Business Planning;
Marketing: Strategy, Tactics, Pitching & Fundraising;
Human Resources: Creative Leadership, Culture Building, Personal Branding.
Yarr Rash, CEO of Mad Crusader and mentor of Mad Crusader Academy, commented:

Participants who complete the program can apply for Mad Crusader's World Builders IP incubation program, where they receive additional mentorship and sponsorship to develop their creative concepts into fully realized IPs.
Earlier this year, Mad Crusader announced a $30 million investment to support graduates of the incubation program, with ten participants from the 2023-2024 cohort already completing the process.
