Jeh Aerospace and GridRaster collaborate to integrate AR/VR training in aerospace manufacturing

Jeh Aerospace has announced a team up with GridRaster to incorporate advanced spatial AI, augmented reality, and virtual reality technologies into aerospace manufacturing.

Jeh Aerospace, known for its precision manufacturing, will utilise GridRaster's Spatial AI and Dynamic XR platform. The integration is expected to improve productivity, safety, and efficiency across Jeh Aerospace's operations by adopting these advanced technologies.

“This partnership with GridRaster marks a significant milestone in our journey towards building future factories for aerospace manufacturing. By integrating AR/VR technologies, we’re not only enhancing our capabilities but also setting new standards for quality and innovation in the industry,” said Vishal R. Sanghavi, Founder and CEO of Jeh Aerospace.

A key focus of the partnership is the enhancement of training programmes at Jeh Aerospace. AR/VR technologies will facilitate immersive training experiences, allowing employees to engage in realistic simulations of complex tasks. This approach is expected to improve skill development and reduce training expenses by providing a more effective and efficient way to train staff.

The integration of Spatial AI and AR/VR will also streamline inspection and maintenance processes. Technicians will be able to overlay digital information on physical components, leading to more precise diagnostics and quality control. This will help minimise errors and improve the overall reliability and safety of aerospace components.

AR/VR-powered tools will offer real-time guidance and support to technicians on the shop floor. These work-assistant applications will enhance productivity by streamlining workflows and reducing downtime. By providing instant access to detailed instructions and support, these tools will help ensure that tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Rishi Ranjan, Co-founder and CEO of GridRaster, said, “We are thrilled to partner with Jeh Aerospace to bring the transformative power of Spatial AI and AR/VR to the aerospace manufacturing industry. Our platform's ability to deliver high-precision Spatial AI and high-quality immersive experiences will empower Jeh Aerospace to achieve new levels of efficiency and precision in their operations.”
