Degreed appoints Erik Lossbroek as CRO to advance AI-powered workforce development

Degreed, a global learning platform specializing in workforce skill development, has announced the appointment of Erik Lossbroek as its new Chief Revenue Officer. 

The announcement comes as the company reports profitability and the release of its AI-powered coach, Degreed Maestro, alongside securing major clients for its Skills+ solution.

Leadership appointment to drive growth

Erik Lossbroek, a former SAP executive with over two decades of experience in enterprise software, will oversee Degreed’s revenue operations. During his career at SAP, Lossbroek managed strategic sales teams and cultivated relationships across Europe, Africa, and the United States. His expertise is expected to support Degreed’s expansion and revenue strategies.

Focus on AI and skill development

Degreed has advanced its platform with the introduction of its AI assistant, Degreed Maestro, designed to integrate artificial intelligence into skill development and workforce training. 

The AI coach provides personalized guidance, addressing skill gaps and supporting organizations in adapting to evolving business needs. The company’s Skills+ solution has already been adopted by five of Interbrand’s top 50 Best Global Brands, reinforcing Degreed’s market position.
