AI-driven catalyst Engage.AI transforms ethics & compliance training

LRN Corporation, has announced the launch of Catalyst Engage.AI, an innovative AI-driven tool designed to enhance the learning experience. This new feature is part of LRN’s Catalyst platform and marks the beginning of several planned updates to be rolled out over the next two years.

Catalyst Engage.AI debuts with three AI-enabled microlearning courses focusing on Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Anti-Money Laundering, and Conflicts of Interest. These courses utilise advanced AI technology to present realistic ethical scenarios, fostering deep engagement and thoughtful decision-making among learners.

The AI-enhanced courses aim to transform E&C training into a more engaging and impactful journey. With the Engage.AI functionality, learners will benefit from:

  • Video introductions to specific risk areas followed by targeted explainers.

  • AI-powered scenarios presenting dilemmas to solve, accompanied by quizzes.

  • Interactive, real-time conversations with AI characters simulating real-world situations.

  • Time-capped conversations to ensure concise and efficient learning.

  • Personalised, AI-driven feedback on exercises.

These features are designed to improve retention and active participation, encouraging learners to think critically and ask probing questions. The adaptable nature of Engage.AI to individual responses ensures a personalised and effective learning experience, catering to diverse learning needs and styles.

The tool also supports legal, human resources, and compliance leaders in fostering ethical business cultures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing performance.

According to LRN’s 2024 Ethics & Compliance Programme Effectiveness Report, personalised learning experiences are critical for E&C programme success. The report found that over half of high-performing E&C programmes use custom content to address specific risks or challenges, highlighting the importance of tailored learning experiences.

LRN plans to introduce additional AI-enabled solutions and learning experiences on the Catalyst Engage.AI platform throughout 2024 and 2025.
