YuJa, Inc. and College of DuPage extend partnership for video platform use

YuJa, Inc. and the College of DuPage have agreed to a three-year contract extension for the continued use of the YuJa Enterprise Video Platform across the college campus.

The agreement extends a partnership that began in 2019, ensuring that the College of DuPage, Illinois' largest public community college with an enrollment exceeding 20,000 students, maintains access to a central learning hub for video and media content. The platform integrates directly with Blackboard Learn, the college's learning management system.

The College of DuPage sought a cloud-based solution to manage and provide access to video content for instructional, marketing, event streaming, lecture capture, and scheduled recording purposes. The YuJa Enterprise Video Platform has supported these needs through features such as auto-captioning, video quizzing, multi-camera recording, analytics, secure storage, and video editing tools, contributing to the college's educational environment.

Nathan Arora, Chief Business Officer at YuJa, Inc., commented on the renewal, stating, "We're always pleased when institutions that have been longtime customers find value in and choose to continue using YuJa’s comprehensive ed-tech solutions.

“Our team is dedicated to continuously enhancing our features and delivering exceptional support to institutions so instructors can focus on teaching and not the technology behind it."

The Higher Learning Commission regionally accredits the College of DuPage. It serves around 22,000 students each term and offers seven associate degrees and more than 170 career and technical certificates in over 50 areas of study.

YuJa positions itself as an EdTech solution provider, serving educational organisations of various sizes across sectors, including higher education, K-12, government, healthcare, non-profit, and corporate.

The company, legally headquartered in Delaware with main offices in Silicon Valley, California, and Canadian offices in Toronto, aims to support the educational needs of institutions worldwide.

Arora further commented, "Our team is dedicated to continuously enhancing our features and delivering exceptional support to institutions so instructors can focus on teaching and not the technology behind it."
