Uplevyl launches Future Forward Accelerator to upskill 1,000 women leaders for AI era

Uplevyl has launched the Future Forward Accelerator, a program designed to upskill 1,000 female leaders in AI and digital transformation.

The Uplevyl platform leverages AI to provide personalized leadership development, mentorship, and career advancement tools, focusing on empowering women in the digital age.

The initiative aims to address the underrepresentation of women in AI leadership roles and equip them with the skills to lead in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Women currently represent only 22% of the global AI workforce, with less than 14% holding senior executive positions. The accelerator seeks to change this dynamic by offering training and resources to prepare women for leadership in an AI-driven world.

Chandra Sanders, strategic advisor for the Future Forward Accelerator, explained the urgency of the initiative: “We’re not just filling a gap – we’re seizing a historic moment. The leaders who understand AI now will be the ones shaping corporate strategy for the next decade.”

The accelerator will provide participants with:

  • AI leadership frameworks and strategies.

  • Networking opportunities with a cohort of forward-thinking leaders.

  • Guidance from AI experts and thought leaders.

  • Practical tools for integrating AI into business strategies.

Participants will gain immediate access to leadership techniques and advanced AI frameworks designed for real-world application. The program emphasizes timely action, with early applicants receiving priority access to resources and opportunities.

Shubhi Rao, CEO of Uplevyl, highlighted the significance of the initiative: “The Future Forward Accelerator represents a pivotal moment in workplace transformation. As AI reshapes every industry, we’re creating an unprecedented opportunity for women leaders to step into their power and redefine leadership in the digital age. The time for women to claim their place in the AI revolution is now.”

Applications for the Future Forward Accelerator are open at Uplevyl’s website, with early review starting this week.
