MasterClass at Work introduces new Programs series for employee development
As organisations navigate the complexities of an evolving business landscape, the demand for scalable and effective learning solutions has never been higher.
The shift to remote and hybrid working environments, accelerated by the global pandemic, has pushed companies to rethink their learning and development (L&D) strategies. To meet these challenges, MasterClass at Work has launched a new series called Programs designed to offer flexible, plug-and-play solutions for employee development across all levels of an organisation.
Corporate L&D teams are increasingly required to deliver training that is both effective and easy to implement. The new Programs from MasterClass at Work are intended to meet this demand by offering content tailored to different employee groups. Programs is built around content from over 200 instructors, including CEOs, creatives, authors, and other industry experts.
Programs is structured to provide a straightforward learning path for employees, featuring four to eight modules that include video content, reflection questions, and additional resources. Each module is designed to be completed in approximately 30 minutes, allowing employees to fit learning into their schedules.
The initial three Programs titles offered are:
Next-Level Leadership: Designed for senior leaders such as directors and VPs, this Programme focuses on developing leadership skills to manage teams and drive business results. Instructors include Indra Nooyi, Bob Iger, Melinda Gates, and Richard Branson.
Advancing Core Skills: This Programme is aimed at early-career professionals, individuals in career transitions, or employees returning to work. It provides foundational skills training, with input from instructors like Samuel L. Jackson, Alicia Keys, Sara Blakely, and Neil deGrasse Tyson.
Management Fundamentals: Targeted at new or aspiring managers, this Programme covers essential management skills. Instructors include Amy Poehler, Ron Howard, Lewis Hamilton, and Robin Arzón.
Each Program includes administrative tools such as email templates, facilitator guides, and feedback surveys to assist organisations in implementing the training efficiently. This plug-and-play model is designed to be accessible for companies of various sizes.
