LG and Kokomo24/7 join forces to launch school safety and efficiency solutions for K-12 and Higher Ed

LG Business Solutions USA has announced a collaboration with Kokomo Solutions (Kokomo24/7), a software provider focused on safety and operational management.

The partnership will offer integrated technology solutions to enhance health, safety, and operational efficiency for K-12 schools and higher education institutions across the United States.

Combined technology for school safety

The collaboration pairs LG’s hardware products, such as LG CreateBoard with Kokomo24/7’s modular software. The software architecture allows schools to build customised health, safety, and risk management solutions tailored to their specific needs. The modular approach supports rapid deployment and seamless interaction with LG’s technology, providing educational institutions with options for efficient safety management.

Daniel J. Lee, Founder and CEO of Kokomo Solutions Inc., commented on the company’s focus on addressing real-time safety needs:

“Our close collaborations with schools ensure that we develop solutions addressing the real-world safety and security challenges they are facing today. With our unique and modular platform and LG’s advanced display technologies, we can rapidly innovate and adapt to the unique demands of the education market, as well as other sectors such as workplaces and healthcare.”

Addressing short-term and long-term needs

The initiative aims to help educational institutions manage immediate safety challenges while also supporting their broader strategic goals for health and safety.

“At LG, our brand vision is Life’s Good, and our mission is Innovation for a Better Life,” said Nicolas Min, President of LG Business Solutions USA. “To achieve this in the education market, we recognise the value of collaboration with dynamic partners like Kokomo. Together, we will provide our customers the tools and support necessary to address immediate challenges while also envisioning the future of school health and safety enabled by our integrated solutions.”
