Goddard Systems appoints Deborah Thomas as Chief HR Officer to lead talent strategy

Goddard Systems (GSL), the manager of The Goddard School franchise network, which provides early childhood education across the United States, has appointed Deborah Thomas as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective immediately. 

In her new role, Thomas will oversee human resources strategy, including talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development, supporting GSL’s mission to attract and retain top talent.

Thomas brings over 30 years of HR leadership experience across technology, manufacturing, telecommunications, e-commerce, and financial services sectors. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at Somos, where she focused on fostering a strong company culture and employee engagement.

Dennis R. Maple, chairman and CEO of GSL, highlighted Thomas’s qualifications, stating:
