Colibri Real Estate launches flexible online pre-licensing courses for aspiring New Jersey agents

New Jersey aspiring real estate agents, rejoice! Colibri Real Estate, a well-established real estate education solutions provider, has launched its online pre-licensing courses, making it easier for those wanting to kickstart their real estate careers.

Corean Hamlin, Senior Product Manager at Colibri Group, which oversees Colibri Real Estate, highlighted the programme's adaptability:

“Our online real estate education program is an opportunity for people who need more flexibility in their schedule to start a career in real estate.

“Some people prefer independent study or have a challenging calendar, so we are genuinely excited to provide New Jersey residents with the opportunity to become a real estate agent - an opportunity that they may not have otherwise been able to pursue.”

The online pre-licensing courses are designed to offer convenience and flexibility, allowing aspiring agents to progress at their own pace. The course structure includes several key features to enhance learning:

  • 25-Minute Lessons

  • The course contextualises learning by contextualising practical scenarios, agent tips, and in-practice examples

  • Complex concepts are explained through concise videos, aiding comprehension

  • Video summaries at the end of each chapter help reinforce key points for easy review

  • Flashcards and other activities are included to help learners assess their understanding and identify areas for review

  • New narrated audio content is available with adjustable speeds for different learning preferences

Currently, Colibri Real Estate provides online pre-licensing education in 41 states, and it plans to expand to more states by 2024.

Hamlin emphasised their diverse learning formats:

“There isn’t one type of teaching or one setting that works for everyone. Potential learners now have the opportunity to choose self-paced courses in addition to our existing livestream classes, which we will continue to offer for people who prefer a classroom setting and group experience.”
