Bellevue University introduces new master's programmes with integrated certificates

Online provider Bellevue University has launched two new master's programmes to provide students with crucial leadership and organisational skills.

The Master of Science in Management and Leadership and the Master of Science in Organisational Performance will allow students to earn four certificates of completion alongside their degrees at no additional cost.

Established in 1966, Bellevue University is a non-profit institution with over 70,000 graduates. It serves residential students at its main campus in Bellevue, Nebraska, and online learners worldwide.

These new programmes have been developed in response to employers' evolving needs and the increasing demand for skilled leaders capable of managing complex organisational challenges.

The Master of Science in Management and Leadership programme focuses on building advanced leadership skills. Key areas of study include strategic decision-making, organisational behaviour, and effective management practices.

The Master of Science in Organisational Performance is aimed at improving organisational efficiency and effectiveness. Students will learn to evaluate performance metrics, implement improvement strategies, and lead transformative projects.

Students enrolled in these programmes will benefit from a curriculum that emphasises practical, real-world applications. The integrated certificates cover vital areas that are essential for career advancement, providing students with a competitive edge in the job market.

Dr. Matt Davis, Dean of the College of Engineering, Technology and Management, highlighted the practical nature of the programmes:

"Our goal is to develop leaders who are not only skilled but also adaptable and innovative. The curriculum is designed to provide practical, hands-on experience that is directly applicable to today's dynamic workplace."
