NukuDo and Tri-Starr join forces to build San Antonio’s cyber-security talent pipeline

NukuDo has entered a strategic partnership with San Antonio-based Tri-Starr Talent to expand cyber-security workforce training and job placement opportunities in the region.

The collaboration is intended to help address national shortages in cyber-security talent while providing structured career pathways for local candidates.

As part of the partnership, individuals enrolled in NukuDo’s six-month paid training program will gain access to Tri-Starr’s recruitment and placement services. The goal is to increase employment outcomes by combining technical training with active staffing support.

Integrating staffing with cyber-security training

NukuDo operates a training model that incorporates employment from the start of the program and extends support for three years following graduation. Tri-Starr brings more than 30 years of staffing experience across sectors, including technology and engineering.

The companies said they will work together to improve alignment between industry demand and job readiness, with a focus on certifications, hands-on training, and streamlined placement into cybersecurity roles.
