Kryterion and Caveon join forces to strengthen exam security and delivery

Kryterion, a global provider of online assessments and proctoring solutions, has announced a partnership with Caveon, a company specializing in exam security.

The partnership will integrate Kryterion’s cloud-hosted testing platform with Caveon’s Scorpion Test Driver, aiming to provide a secure and scalable assessment solution for organizations administering online and in-person exams.

The partnership introduces security measures designed to prevent exam fraud and unauthorized access. Kryterion’s platform, combined with Caveon’s technology, will enable real-time monitoring and data analysis to detect potential security risks in testing environments.

The partnership will offer organizations flexibility in exam administration. Institutions will have access to Kryterion’s online proctoring services as well as its global network of more than 1,000 testing centers. This allows test sponsors to choose a delivery method suited to their needs without changing providers or requiring additional IT infrastructure.

Rob Armstrong, president of Kryterion, said:

“This partnership is part of Kryterion’s ongoing mission to provide our customers with agile solutions, putting the choice and power in their hands.”

By integrating Kryterion’s test management system with Caveon’s security-focused platform, the collaboration aims to assist organizations in maintaining compliance with testing standards while protecting exam integrity.

Caveon Founder and CEO David Foster said:

“This partnership brings Caveon and Kryterion’s relationship full circle. As the once CEO of Kryterion, it’s wonderful to re-establish this partnership and I’m thrilled to be able to offer customer-centric solutions that focus on flexibility, program choice, security, and candidate experience.”
