Disprz expands GenAI learning solutions and announces PLAN 25 virtual symposium
Disprz, a provider of GenAI-powered learning and skilling platforms, has announced a series of new advancements to its technology, aligning with a broader trend towards AI-driven corporate learning.
Headquartered in West Orange, New Jersey, Disprz reported significant customer growth over the past year, including a growing portfolio of large enterprises.
GenAI advancements in learning
The company has introduced various generative AI features to enhance user experiences, particularly in content creation, skill assessment, and personalized learning. These advancements include automated content and assessment authoring, deep content search, and tailored content recommendations.
Disprz’s new content and assessment authoring tools offer streamlined formats, such as text-to-video creation and video-to-script generation, allowing for rapid adaptation to varying difficulty levels. The deep search functionality supports faster information retrieval across diverse content types, enabling users to locate specific information without sifting through entire materials. AI-powered recommendations further enable a customized learning journey, adjusting content suggestions based on an individual’s current skill set and areas for improvement.
Disprz’s GenAI suite also includes “Disprz Originals,” which offers multilingual, short-form content in a visual format intended to engage learners with on-the-go pathways and assessments. Additional features include automated pathways and content summarization, designed to create concise learning options suited to a learner’s specific needs.
In line with its focus on thought leadership, Disprz will host a global virtual symposium, PLAN 25, aimed at helping Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) and L&D leaders strategize for the coming year. The event will feature a keynote from Katy Tynan, VP and Principal Analyst at Forrester, as well as an innovation showcase dedicated to GenAI advancements.
Subbu Viswanathan, Disprz's Co-Founder & CEO, highlighted the potential impact of generative AI on corporate learning:
“Generative AI unlocks transformative possibilities for the L&D community, often challenged by limited resources and high demands. Our GenAI roadmap is designed to significantly reduce the operational burden of L&D staff, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities, such as collaboration with business leaders over daily tasks, including content creation, platform administration, and report generation.”
