Baby Shark swims over to Sesame Street for a holiday collaboration full of festive fun

The Pinkfong Company has teamed up with Sesame Street for a holiday collaboration that brings together Baby Shark and some of the most beloved residents of Sesame Street.

The partnership includes a festive music video, exclusive merchandise, and a playlist set to premiere on both the Pinkfong and Sesame Street YouTube channels. It's a meeting of two cultural icons that promises to deliver plenty of earworms and holiday cheer.

The holiday-themed music video takes place in a snow-covered winter wonderland and features a reimagined version of the "Baby Shark" song. This new orchestral arrangement adds sleigh bells to the already catchy tune—because who doesn’t love a little extra sparkle during the holidays? Sesame Street’s Elmo, Cookie Monster, and Abby Cadabby join Baby Shark and William in a game of tag, spreading good vibes and possibly creating the next viral dance move.

Bin Jeong, CEO of Pinkfong USA, commented:

"This collaboration is a wonderful celebration of friendship, joy, and the holiday spirit, embodying everything the holidays are about.

"As Baby Shark approaches its 10th anniversary, we are thrilled to team up with Sesame Street, like-minded friends that have brought happiness to generations of families."

Jennifer Gioia, VP of Content and Programming at Sesame Workshop, added:

"Our previous collaboration with Baby Shark received an overwhelmingly positive response from families, and we are excited to expand on the vibrant music video to include a magical and meaningful holiday spin. As Sesame Street celebrates our 55th anniversary, we are happy to be a part of Baby Shark's 10th anniversary milestone celebration year."

As if a new music video wasn’t enough, fans can also look forward to a limited-edition apparel and accessories collection launching in December 2024, courtesy of a partnership with Mad Engine. The collection celebrates the unlikely yet heartwarming friendship between Baby Shark and Sesame Street.
