Ulysses USD 214 and Varsity Tutors collaborate to provide online learning platform

Ulysses USD 214 district in the USA has announced a new partnership with Varsity Tutors for Schools, a company under Nerdy. 

The partnership will provide all district students with access to a comprehensive learning platform. 

Kevin Warner, Assistant Superintendent and Director of Student Learning at Ulysses USD 214, stated:

 “The Varsity Tutors for Schools platform will be valuable to USD 214 Ulysses students in those moments when they need assistance but cannot get one-on-one time with their teacher. 

“The platform has a library of live and on-demand classes, including resources for ACT prep and ELL students. This is a great way to help students learn and grow independently.”

The Varsity Tutors for Schools platform offers a range of interactive study tools and learning resources, including 24/7 on-demand chat tutoring in English and Spanish, on-demand essay review, live enrichment and remediation classes, SAT and ACT test preparation classes, and self-study resources. Additionally, the platform provides college and career readiness resources, adaptive assessments, personalised learning plans, and recorded enrichment classes.

More than 500 school districts nationwide in the US use Varsity Tutors for Schools to supplement classroom learning.
