Skillsoft appoints Darren Bance as GM to lead global knowledge expansion
Skillsoft has announced the appointment of Darren Bance as the new General Manager of Skillsoft Global Knowledge.
Bance, who brings over 25 years of global leadership experience, will focus on enhancing technical education and skilling initiatives within both the public and private sectors.
Ron Hovsepian, Executive Chair of Skillsoft, said:

Before joining Skillsoft, Bance was the Chief Operating Officer of QA, one of the United Kingdom’s largest providers of IT and digital skills solutions. He managed the rollout of the company's strategic vision and day-to-day operations across various disciplines.
His previous roles also include Managing Director of the Learning Services division at Capita Group, Managing Partner at ShiftPoint ME, and CEO of Restrata LLC.
Bance expressed his enthusiasm for the role, stating:
