Kotter and Coursera collaborate to offer Change Leadership courses

Global consulting firm Kotter has announced a new partnership with Coursera to offer four courses on change leadership. 

The move aims to introduce the Science of Change and Kotter’s methodologies, which are based on over 50 years of research, to learners worldwide, helping them guide their organisations through transformation.

The four courses will cover Kotter’s well-established methodologies and are designed to equip learners with the necessary skills to lead and manage change effectively.

 Kathy Gersch, Chief Growth Officer at Kotter, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, stating:

“Kotter is thrilled to introduce this new introductory course selection in collaboration with Coursera, empowering learners to embrace change leadership and its transformative potential.

The new courses are designed for a wide range of learners, including students, junior-level professionals, those considering a career shift towards change leadership, and executives assessing change programs for their organisations. The courses aim to provide foundational knowledge and skills that can be applied in various professional contexts to manage and lead change effectively.
