MILO and Command Presence team up to advance law enforcement training with simulation integration

MILO, a provider of immersive training technology for law enforcement and military, has announced a new partnership with Command Presence, a training company that specialises in human performance-based programmes.

MILO and Command Presence will integrate their respective strengths in simulation technology and curriculum development to offer enhanced training tools for law enforcement agencies. This partnership aims to provide a comprehensive solution by combining MILO’s simulation capabilities with Command Presence’s instructional methods. Through this collaboration, MILO’s Cognitive Division will extend its available training programmes.

The combined effort began with MILO’s development of scenarios for Command Presence’s Field Training Officer (FTO) programme. Alongside content creation, MILO will also offer specialised Command Presence courses in areas such as de-escalation and decision-making.

Robert McCue, Executive Director of MILO, noted:

“We chose Command Presence as our strategic partner because their approach aligns with our values and complements our training products. This allows us to offer both in-person training and simulation-based solutions with the best trainers in the industry.”

The partnership reflects the increasing demand for advanced instructor-led training solutions. By merging MILO’s technology with Command Presence’s expertise, the collaboration seeks to elevate public safety training and improve instructional capabilities within law enforcement.

"We are thrilled to partner with MILO to bring a new level of realism and effectiveness to our training programmes," said John Bostain, President of Command Presence. "This partnership allows us to offer law enforcement agencies the most advanced and impactful training available, ensuring officers are better prepared to handle the complexities of their roles. Because our missions are so well aligned, the partnership with MILO just makes sense."
