"At Inflection, we're redefining what it means to be a truly global solution in employee education and support. We're not just translating content—we're creating and updating courses locally in over 70 countries, with input from renowned medical experts and local society presidents who understand the nuances of each culture.
“The trust placed in us by leading global employers to provide this critical benefit to their workforce, is a testament to the quality and impact of our platform."
Meeting global minimum standards
The content reflects local laws and addresses cultural differences to ensure that employees across various geographies receive relevant and comprehensive health education. The platform also allows for integration with other health and well-being solutions.
"Whether an employee is closing a store in India or sitting behind a desk in Spain, we want everyone to have access to the education they need to make informed decisions and, hopefully, achieve better health outcomes," stated Deborah Anderson-Bialis, CEO and co-founder of Inflection.
