TSi appoints former Navy leader Greta Densham as Vice President of Programs
Transformation Systems Inc (TSi) has appointed Greta Densham as Vice President of Programs, bringing 24 years of Navy leadership experience to the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
She will oversee program delivery and lead efforts to expand human capital solutions across federal agencies.
Expanding federal workforce programs
Densham’s appointment comes as TSi increases its focus on workforce performance and leadership training within defense and public sector programs. Her background in cross-functional leadership and training development supports TSi’s expansion into veterans’ programs and defense initiatives.
During her Navy career, Densham held several leadership roles, including Training Officer and Acting Deputy Commandant of Professional Development at the U.S. Naval Academy. In these roles, she developed training frameworks and performance-focused programs to improve organizational effectiveness.

Program oversight and leadership development
Densham will oversee TSi’s program portfolio, with a focus on training methodologies, performance optimization, and workforce improvement initiatives. She holds master’s degrees in Operational Research from the Naval Postgraduate School and National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College, combining military leadership with strategic analysis expertise.
Densham described her move to TSi as a continuation of her work in leadership training and organizational transformation:
