Learning platform specialist Pluralsight appoints Matthew Ellis as Chief Financial Officer

Learning platform Pluralsight has named Matthew Ellis as its new Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all aspects of Pluralsight’s financial, accounting, and strategy functions.

Ellis brings more than 15 years of experience to Pluralsight, having most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at gaming and entertainment company Accel Entertainment where he oversaw financial reporting, treasury, accounting practices and investor relations. 

He also previously served as Senior Vice President at Accel, responsible for financial planning and analysis as well as mergers and acquisitions strategy.

Prior to this, Ellis served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Transworld Systems and spent more than two years at consultancy Deloitte.
