Oxford Leadership Group hires former Global Head of Culture at TikTok and Be Courageous CEO as Partners
Oxford Leadership Group, a UK-based leadership consulting group and institute, has announced two key appointments.
Michal Oshman, former Global Head of Company Culture at TikTok, previously International Head of Leadership Development at Facebook/Meta, joins Oxford Leadership as a Partner and Client Director.
And Kyle Hermans, CEO of the transformation agency Be Courageous, has been appointed Senior Partner and Client Director responsible for US and International clients.

Hermans is a senior faculty member at Singularity University, member of Forbes Business Council and has led transformation at numerous companies including GAP, Adobe, Google, H&M, Rio Tinto, L’Oreal.
He has a track record in coaching C-suite executives and facilitating complex global projects to breakthroughs, and has previously partnered with Oxford Leadership and its clients.
Oshman, is a celebrity coach and influencer with experience in leading organisational transformation at global tech giants like TikTok and Meta.
